Terms of Use
Last updated: October 20, 2026
The short version
This site helps you learn about becoming an insurance agent with MSF and apply. It is not a job offer, a contract, or insurance advice. Pay is never guaranteed.
Agreeing to these terms
These Terms of Use cover msfpartners.llc and its Spanish pages (the “site”), run by MainStreet Financial Partners (“MSF,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or sending an application, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who can use the site
You must be at least 18, live in the United States, and give true information about yourself. Apply only for yourself, never for someone else.
What this site is, and what it is not
- It explains how MSF trains, supports, and pays the agents who join us, and it lets you apply.
- It is not an offer of employment. Sending an application does not mean you are hired, contracted, or appointed.
- It is not a contract. If you join, your relationship with MSF and with any insurance carrier is set only by the written agreements you sign.
- It is not insurance, legal, or tax advice.
Licenses
You need a valid state insurance license, and the right carrier appointments, before you sell insurance or talk with anyone about specific products, coverage, or rates. Each state sets its own licensing rules. Anything on this site about getting licensed is general information.
Pay, programs, and examples
- What you earn depends on your own work and sales. Income is not guaranteed.
- Insurance carriers pay commissions under their own schedules and rules.
- Stipends, bonuses, overrides, and lead programs have rules to qualify, and MSF may change or end them as allowed by your written agreements.
- Sample screens, names, numbers, and stories on this site are examples. They are not promises of what you will earn or do.
Training tools and the AI coach
Our training and AI coach examples are for practice. They are not advice for a real client, and an AI answer can be wrong. With clients, always use materials approved by the insurance carrier and follow your carrier’s and your state’s rules.
Invite links
Agents may share invite links to this site. Using one does not change how your application is reviewed. MSF decides how recruiting credit is given.
Calls, texts, and emails
You do not have to agree to calls or texts to apply. If you do agree, our SMS Terms apply. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP.
Using the site the right way
Please do not:
- send false information, or someone else’s information;
- use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to send applications or copy the site;
- try to break into, overload, or test the security of the site without our written permission;
- copy our content for business use, or pretend to be MSF or one of our agents.
We may block access or remove applications that break these rules.
Our content
The MSF name, logo, text, photos, and videos on this site belong to MSF or to the people who licensed them to us. You may view and share pages for your own personal use. Any other use needs our written permission.
Links to other sites
The site may link to other websites, such as license lookup tools or an online form to sign your agent application. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
No warranties
We work to keep the site accurate and running, but we provide it “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the site will always be available or free of errors.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, MSF is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, that come from using the site. If we are found liable for anything related to the site, our total liability will not be more than one hundred U.S. dollars. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
If someone makes a claim
If you break these terms or the law while using the site, and someone makes a claim against MSF because of it, you agree to cover MSF’s reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by United States law and the laws of the state where MSF has its main place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here takes away any right you have that the law does not allow anyone to waive.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Using the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
