How the program works

Five steps, in order. Hit Step 1 in your first 30 days and the entire engine turns on for you.

  1. Qualify

    Write your first business and clear the production bar that activates your stipend support — it unlocks everything below.

  2. Earn Commission

    Earn a competitive commission on every policy you write — from day one, and on all new business going forward.

  3. Earn Your Stipend

    Once you qualify, the Stipend Program adds steady support, paid twice a month, on top of your commissions.

  4. Earn Bonuses

    Stack performance bonuses as your business grows — the more you write, the more you stack.

  5. Get Paid

    Commissions are paid by the insurance carriers. Bonuses, overrides, and stipends are tracked and paid by Bankable Equity. Clean, transparent, on schedule.
