Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
The short version
We collect what you give us when you apply, and we use it to help you become an agent. We never sell your information. Your text-message consent is never shared with anyone for their marketing.
Who we are
MainStreet Financial Partners (“MSF,” “we,” “us”) recruits, trains, and supports insurance agents. This policy covers msfpartners.llc, its Spanish pages, and the calls, texts, and emails we send about joining MSF.
This policy is about people who visit our website or apply to join. It is not about insurance clients. If you buy insurance through an agent, the carrier’s privacy notice applies to that policy.
What we collect
- Information you give us when you apply: your first and last name, email, mobile number, the state you live in, your license status, and your National Producer Number (NPN) if you choose to share it.
- Consent records: the exact words you saw, whether you said yes or no to calls and texts, the date and time, your IP address, and your browser type. We keep these to show what you agreed to.
- Invite information: if you came through an agent’s invite link, the code in that link, so the right agent gets credit.
- Basic technical information: like most websites, our servers record your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, to keep the site secure and working.
We do not ask for your Social Security number, bank information, or health information on this website. Please do not send them to us through the site.
How we use your information
- To review your application and tell you what comes next.
- To guide you to licensing, training, or contracting, depending on where you are.
- To give recruiting credit to the agent who invited you.
- To call or text you, only if you said yes and confirmed your number.
- To keep records that show what you agreed to and when.
- To protect the site, stop spam and fraud, and fix problems.
- To follow the law and the rules of insurance carriers and regulators.
Cookies and browser storage
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use tracking tools that follow you around the internet.
If you open an invite link, your browser keeps the invite code for up to 30 days so the right agent gets credit. It stays on your device. You can remove it any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
Our pages load fonts from an outside font service. Like any website your browser contacts, that service receives your IP address so it can deliver the fonts.
Who we share it with
- The agent who invited you: your name and where your application stands. We do not send them your phone number or email.
- Service providers who work for us: companies that host our website and data, send our emails and text messages, run our customer records, and handle electronic signatures. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
- Insurance carriers and licensing or contracting partners: when you move forward to get appointed or contracted, we share what they need to process you.
- Our payment administrator: if you become a contracted agent, the company that tracks and pays bonuses, overrides, and stipends receives what it needs to pay you.
- When the law requires it: to answer a valid legal request, to protect the rights and safety of people and of MSF, or to prevent fraud.
- If MSF is sold or merges: the buyer may receive this information and must honor this policy.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for targeted advertising.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver our messages for us.
Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP to any text from us to stop. Reply HELP for help.
- Calls: tell the person calling, or email us, and we will stop calling you.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in our emails, or email us.
- See, fix, or delete your information: email support@msfpartners.llc. We will confirm it is really you, then answer within 45 days.
Depending on the state you live in, you may have the right to know what we have about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of the sale of your information or targeted advertising. We do neither, but you can still ask. You may use an authorized agent. If we deny your request, reply to our answer to appeal, and we will review it again.
We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights.
How long we keep it
We keep application and consent records as proof of what you asked for and what you agreed to. We keep them for at least five years after your last contact with us, because questions about calls and texts can come up years later.
When you ask us to delete your information, we stop using it to recruit or contact you, and we delete what the law and our contracts do not require us to keep.
How we protect it
We use encryption when your information travels to us, limit who can see it, and give the website its own locked-down database account that cannot read your records back. No system is perfect, so we cannot promise that information will never be lost or misused. If a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.
Children
This site is for adults who want to become insurance agents. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Privacy signals
Because we do not sell your information or use it for targeted advertising, there is nothing to switch off. We still treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change is important, we will also show a notice on the site.
