The short version
If you say yes and confirm your number, MSF texts you about your application and getting started. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP anytime to stop, or HELP for help.
The program
MSF Agent Updates is a text message program from MainStreet Financial Partners for people who apply to become agents. We text you about your application, your next steps, onboarding and training reminders, and appointments you set with us.
How you join
- Check the box on our application that says MSF may call and text you. Checking it is not required to apply.
- We then send you one text to confirm the number is yours. Reply YES to start.
- We do not send other texts until you reply YES.
How often
Message frequency varies with where you are in the process.
Cost
MSF does not charge for these texts. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any text at any time. You will get one last text confirming you are unsubscribed, and then no more texts from this program. To join again, reply START or check the box on a new application.
How to get help
Reply HELP to any text, or email support@msfpartners.llc.
Automated technology
Our texts and calls may be sent using automated technology. Your consent covers this, and you can take it back at any time.
Calls
The same consent lets us call you about becoming an agent. Tell the caller, or email us, and we will stop calling.
Your phone number
Only give us a number that belongs to you or that you are allowed to use. If you change or give up your number, reply STOP from it first, or email us, so the next owner does not get your texts.
Delivery
Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts work on most major U.S. carriers.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver our messages for us.
